Q: How many colors can I get in my falls? A: As many as you want. Prices increase with size/length and items used not by quantity of colors. Q: Do you have custom color options? A: No. I have a variety of natural and unnatural colors but I do not do custom colors. Color charts are here to help you find what you would like. If there is a color you don't see and would like, don't be afraid to ask. Q: Where are you located? A: I am located in Sierra Vista, AZ but I am an internet order site only (No pick ups). Q: International shipping? A: I do offer domestic and international shipping to anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are at cost with no hidden fees or handling charges. Q: Payment Options? A: Accepted: PayPal (I accept direct funds, echecks, credit/debit cards), within the US any money order, international money orders must be in US currency and well concealed cash (at your own risk!). If you send a payment that is not following these guidelines it will be returned to you. If paying with a credit/debit card you are NOT required to have a PayPal account. Not accepted: Personal checks! Q: How long will I wait for my order to be filled and shipped? A: The creating process will be estimated at the time of payment and when your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number (domestic mail only) to track your items. If for some reason there is a back log on orders or problem, you will be notified upon payment and/or it will be posted on the home page. All orders, especially custom orders, are on a first come first serve basis. Q: Where do I send a money order or well concealed cash? A: Email me to request the address! Q: How much is the shipping cost? A: Shipping cost for falls and extensions begins at $5.80 in the United States via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, $8.50 for Canada via Air Mail, and $11.00 for all other countries via Air Mail. Please keep in mind that shipping prices will increase with the size, weight and quantity of your order. Some small orders can be sent in the United States first class for $3.00 via First Class Mail and internationally for $5.00 via Economy Air Mail. Q: My (BLANK) broke! Help! A: Repairs on all falls attached to covered hair elastics, plastic hair combs, head bands and shoe laces will be done at shipping cost (send and return shipping). However HairExtentions (attached to metal barrett) cannot be repair without completely destroying the original hair and therefore cannot be repaired. If the hair itself starts to lift or become loose from the metal barrett it can be re-glued at home. |
