By placing an order with Heretic 13 Inc, you agree to all of the policies listed below. Privacy Policy All information used for billing, shipping and correspondence is private and will not be used or shared with any other person or party. Also PayPal credit card information is not visible to me. Processing times If your order has an item that is on back order or isn't currently ready for shipping then an email will be sent to you and/or the delays will be posted on the main home page. Please be aware of your estimated shipping date when your purchase is made. Returns I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances on ANY item. Shipping All orders in the US are shipped USPS priority mail or first class with delivery confirmation. International customers are shipped via International Priority Mail or Airmail. I am not responsible of any customs charges you incur or for damages for uninsured packages. Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders. Insurance Insurance is optional but recommended. Again I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Cost begins at $1.35 and increases as the insured value increases. Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment I accept payment via money order, concealed cash (at your own risk!), or Paypal. I also accept credit/debit card payments through Paypal (To pay via credit/debit card you do not need a PayPal account). Sorry, no personal checks. All payments are to be made in US funds. Colors Please note that colors vary from monitor to monitor and I do not claim to be a photographer! I am not responsible and will not refund or exchange any item because its not what you expected. Please be aware of what you are purchasing! Allergy Warning! I have two cats that live in this house so if you have sever pet allergies, please be aware that no matter how well I inspect and clean the products before they are mailed, an errand hair may come in contact with your items.
